All personal information provided will be kept strictly confidential and will only be shared with authorized Wear Sundays staff involved in processing and fulfilling your orders. We respect your privacy and ensure that your details will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties for purposes unrelated to your transaction.

Our pieces are designed to fit comfortably and flatter a range of body types. Kindly refer to the product descriptions for measurement guidelines, or feel free to message us for sizing assistance. For custom-fit items, we require your measurements to ensure the best fit.

Return & Exchange Policy

The Wear Sundays team guarantees that all items are in good condition and quality before shipment. However, if you encounter any issues with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order so we can assist you.

We accept returns and exchanges provided the following conditions are met:

1. Send us a direct message or email at wear.sundays@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your item. Please include proof showing that the item was damaged or the wrong item was sent. We will coordinate the return schedule with you based on our availability.
2. Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, with all original tags and labels still attached.
3. The item must be returned to our office/warehouse for inspection.
4. Courier fees for returns/exchanges will be shouldered by the customer.

Important Reminders:

• We do not accept returns or exchanges for sale items, unless the item is damaged.
• We do not offer refunds.
• For parcel tracking, please refer to our partner courier’s website for updates. Once your item has been dispatched from Wear Sundays HQ, we are no longer liable for courier-related delays, loss, or damages.

Shipping Information

Once your order is confirmed and payment details are sent, please settle your payment within 48 hours. Unpaid orders beyond this period will be automatically cancelled.

A proof of payment is required before we can process and ship your order.
