-Please encode complete details and wait for quotation within 48 hours. We DO NOT accept rush orders.

-Custom orders take 2-3 weeks lead time. We highly appreciate your patience throughout the process.

-We can make gowns, simple dresses, tops, pants, skirts, men's clothing and more! Just send us your design of choice!

-Please be sure of the style you want. We do not allow style exchanges when the pattern making process has already begun.

-Change in style (before pattern making process) or fabric can mean change in quotation

-If you don't know what fabric to use, we can suggest options for you

-We require 100% payment for the item before we can proceed with your order

-If the item is too tight/loose, we offer 1 free alteration service. (shipping will be shouldered by client)
